Every fabric we use is independently tested by accredited textile laboratories before it reaches you. We don't ask you to trust us blindly. We show you the data.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All LURI orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within India

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, sale events, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment in real time through our Track Your Order page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

At this time, LURI ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our delivery reach internationally. Stay tuned for updates — and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. LURI is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will make up to 2 re-attempts. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. To reship, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@luristore.com or call us at +91 77992 23637. We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund as applicable.

8. Bulk & Customization Orders

Shipping timelines for bulk or customized orders may differ from standard orders. Please refer to our Bulk & Customization page or reach out to us directly for an estimated dispatch schedule before placing such orders.
